The Rooster has been hunting and guiding for Pheasants for over 50 years. In New York, Nebraska, Kansas, South Dakota, and Montana.
Presently he is Guiding at Swarming Pheasants with Mark Appel see (Swarmingpheasants.com) near Cottonwood Lake Southwest of Redfield, SD.
The Pheasant Capital of the WorId. Mark's place, Swarming Pheasants is one of, if not the best sport in the state for cover and holding wild birds.
With two dogs, a young Drahthaar and a seasoned Yellow Lab. These three are Pheasant Hunting Machines.
A days hunt with The Rooster is an experience. He'll always put you in position, continuously give insights and knowledge as to what is about to happen.
